Rufus Grig - Managing Director

Rufus started Callmedia in 1995, and has been involved in the contact centre industry since leaving University in 1991. As well as leading the Callmedia business, he is a frequent writer and conference speaker, contributing regularly on the subject of the future of contact centre technology and call and contact centre technology and is an occasional columnist for CCF magazine. He is a member of the Direct Marketing Association's Contact Centre Council and has a degree in Physics from Manchester University.

Roy Sayles - Operations Director

Roy has worked in the telecommunications industry since 1978 and has taken many roles including software developer, technical architect, consultant and sales. He has worked with CTI products and contact centre solutions since 1990 in companies such as IBM and Aspect Telecommunications. Roy joined Callmedia in 1998 and now has responsibility for the delivery of all Professional Services and Support. He has an honours degree in Control Engineering from Sheffield Hallam University and a masters in Electronics from Nottingham University

David Groves - Product Marketing Director

David has worked for Callmedia since 2003, and is responsible for the product development roadmap, marketing and partner relationships. Prior to joining Callmedia, he worked for Avaya as the global Product Marketing Manager for their Call Centre and Computer Telephony Integration (CTI) products. David has a degree in Mathematics from Nottingham University.
Clinton Casteller - Support Manager

Clinton joined Callmedia in 2006 and runs Callmedia's technical support and managed services teams. Having spent over 14 years of running support and service teams for IBM and UNISYS, he brings with him a wealth of experience implementing structured support processes and delivering world-class customer support.
