Rufus Grig to Present at Contact Centres World Africa Conference

Callmedia's Managing Director, Rufus Grig, will be presenting a paper this month at the Contact Centres World Africa 2007 conference in Johannesburg, South Africa, on the future of outbound contact centres.

Rufus will be sharing with the conference th experience of the UK and US markets in dealing with regulation, and promoting a positive approach to good quality outbound calling.
