Callmedia receives Avaya DevConnect Award
Sep 2008Callmedia today announced that it again received Avaya's DevConnect Compliant award for its multi-channel inbound, outbound and Computer Telephony Integration (CTI) product suite. The compliance testing, carried out by Avaya, demonstrates that Callmedia's latest contact centre offering continues to interoperate successfully with Avaya's products.
