Callmedia pre-installed software
Jan 2009Callmedia is delighted to announce a new range of PC servers pre-installed with Callmedia software.
The new range of hardware is based on highly resilient industry-standard servers, and comes with either 3 or 5 years of 24x7 maintenance with a four-hour on-site response.
David Groves, Callmedia's Product Marketing Director said "Although it is a departure for a software company like Callmedia to be providing equipment, we are making installation and support even easier for our customers. Their businesses depend on the smooth running of their contact centre, and this initiative gives them one less thing to worry about".

The new range of servers comprises 4 models, supporting up to 500 concurrent users in serving any blend of media channels - from inbound voice, to emails, web chat, and outbound dialling including predictive dialling.
