media is delighted to announce a new range of PC servers pre-installed with Call
media software.
The new range of hardware is based on highly resilient industry-standard servers, and comes with either 3 or 5 years of 24x7 maintenance with a four-hour on-site response.

The new range of servers comprises 4 models, supporting up to 500 concurrent users in serving any blend of media channels - from inbound voice, to emails, web chat, and outbound dialling including predictive dialling.
