Contact centre solution will natively integrate with leading unified communications (UC) platform

ExCeL, London, 01 November 2016: Callmedia, a Maintel company, has today launched a new version of its flagship Callmedia Expert Contact™ product which is compatible with Microsoft® Skype® for Business. Callmedia Expert Contact allows contact centres to support customers across voice, email, web, social and mobile channels to deliver genuine omni-channel contact.

UK based Callmedia is bringing its 20 years’ experience in contact centres to users of Microsoft’s market-leading UC platform. The new version is available on-premise or in the cloud, via both purchase and rental models.
