Please note that you need to ensure that you contact your reseller in the first instance as we are unable to take support issues directly from you. The above numbers are for providing additional information once the initial ticket has been logged with your reseller. Callmedia offers 9-5, extended hours, and 24x7 Support. Please check which hours your support agreement covers before calling.
